- How often can I cash out my earnings?
You can instantly cash out earnings in your Grab Driver App cash wallet to your bank account, at any time (including on Sundays and Public Holidays), up to twice every 24 hours.
Please note instant cash out requests require a minimum amount of S$50 to a maximum of S$5,000. For more info please visit here
- Can I only work in certain areas in Singapore?You can decide on which parts of Singapore you will want to deliver, as long as it is within our GrabFood service coverage. Simply go to the area and sign in!
- What equipment do I need to partner with GrabFood?
Starting 5 May 2025, purchase of the GrabFood gear package is no longer mandatory. However all delivery-partners are required to comply with all food safety guidelines and requirements, and use an appropriate insulated/thermal food safe bag to store and deliver food items.
We strongly encourage the use of our available gear sets as recommended, including our GrabFood branded shirts, thermal halal bag, and thermal delivery backpack.
- How many hours do I need to work per week as a GrabFood delivery-partner?You can decide how much, or how little you want to work. Simply log into the GrabFood Driver app, and deliver at a time of your choice, as you do not need to book sessions in advance.

- How do I earn money as a GrabExpress delivery-partner?A GrabExpress delivery-partner gets paid on a distance-based basis per trip, plus incentives, after commissions as his take-home pay.
- How often can I cash out my earnings?

- Can I deliver with GrabExpress if I am currently driving with GrabCar/GrabTaxi?We are currently running a pilot program for GrabCar Partners to deliver for GrabExpress. Do reach out to us to check on your eligibility.
- What is the GrabExpress Platform Fee?A flat Platform Fee of S$0.30 per trip covers safety innovations, driver benefits programs, and other operational costs.
- What changes can I see in the bookings?
There is no change in the calculation of your earnings per booking. The Platform Fee will not affect the computation of your income and incentives. - How do I check the Platform Fee?
After completion of a booking, you can see the Platform Fee by tapping on the Job History, then Earnings on your app. - Is the Platform Fee applicable to all bookings?
The Platform Fee will be applicable only to the following delivery types - GrabExpress Bike, GrabExpress Bike Multi-stop Delivery, GrabExpress Car, and GrabExpress Car Multi-stop Delivery.
- What changes can I see in the bookings?

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
