Easy and fast registration from anywhere

Registration Process

Fill out and complete the registration form via the Grab Driver app.
Complete the online training while your application is being verified.
Once your account is active, proceed with the electronic agreement signing.
After successfully signing the electronic agreement, you’re ready for your first trip!

Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)

Registration Process

Fill out and complete the registration form via the Grab Driver app.
Complete the online training.
Wait for a verification invitation to the nearest Grab location/office.
Attend physical verification and account activation at the Grab office.
Once you successfully complete the e-signature process, you're ready for your first trip!

How often can I cash out my earnings?
Cash out earnings in your GrabDriver App to your bank account any time, including on Sundays and Public Holidays, up to five times in a day.
Please note instant cash out requests need a minimum amount of Rp21.000 (exclude admin fee) to a maximum of Rp1.000.000 for 1 (one) transaction. Click here for more details.
What types of earning incentives does Grab offer?
Earning incentives are updated weekly. Please Check your app for the latest updates.
I want to use Grab exclusively. Can I sign up and do I get any additional loyalty benefits?
As a Grab driver-partner, you have access to the exclusive GrabBenefits programme where you can enjoy great benefits and discounts. The benefits include: telecommunication deals (data package)
, automotive service & maintenance deals, groceries deals, food deals, and more.

If I am driving with Grab or have rented a car with Grab or its partners, will I still be able to drive with other platforms?
Grab driver-partners are free to use any mobility platform and will not be penalised for not using the Grab mobility platform exclusively.

Grab will also honour all incentives and rebates currently promised to you, under existing contracts, including those offered through our GrabRentals, and GrabRentals Fleet Partner programmes.
Why have I not received a call despite having completed the registration?
The registration process can be stopped or closed at anytime to suit the supply and demand condition within the cities that the applicant applied in. Registration can be resumed if the cities re-open for a new driver. We thank you for your patience and will be in touch as soon as possible.
