GrabExpress is an app-based express courier service that promises speed, certainty, and most importantly safety. GrabExpress is using either GrabCar or GrabBike which can be ordered through the Grab application.
GrabExpress can deliver documents or packets. GrabExpress does not accept delivery of crockery that is not packaged properly, food and beverages that require refrigeration or special handling, alcoholic beverages, medicines, jewelry, cash, or other objects prohibited by the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. Note: Not all items are covered by insurance.
Currently GrabExpress is available in all cross Indonesia (More than 30 cities). For more details available cities: here
Currently GrabExpress only serves packets and documents delivery.
Make sure you have activated the GrabBike service on your GrabDriver application. (GrabExpress service is combined with GrabBike service).

GrabJastip is an on-demand service that allows customers to ask their Grab Driver Partners to purchase goods and have them delivered to the customer's address. Activate the GrabJastip service in your GrabDriver app to start taking orders.
The fleets that can be used for GrabJastip services are Motorcycles and Cars.
It's based on the distance of delivery of goods ordered by the customer.
All types of goods sold in general, have receipts/purchases, not violate applicable laws in Indonesia and the terms and conditions that apply at GrabJastip.
All types of electronic transactions such as top-up, electricity payments, water payments, e-commerce payments & etc. Also types of goods that do not have purchase receipts/receipts, violate the laws in force in Indonesia and violate the terms and conditions that apply at GrabJastip.
